Terms of Use
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and PeptideWiz ("we", "us") governing your use of the PeptideWiz application and website (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Not medical advice — no provider relationship
- The Service is a personal logging, scheduling, and organization tool for information you enter, such as provider-directed protocols, supplements, vitamins, and medications.
- The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment; does not prescribe, recommend, or endorse any peptide, drug, supplement, or dosage; and does not check interactions or verify that anything you track is safe, legal, or appropriate for you.
- Reference content in the app (for example the peptide library and templates) is provided for organizational convenience only and is not a recommendation.
- Calculations shown by the app (for example reconstitution or syringe-unit math) are conveniences based on the numbers you enter. Always verify amounts with your licensed provider or pharmacist before acting on them.
- Never disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of something in the Service. If you think you have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.
3. Eligibility and your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account.
- You must comply with all laws that apply to you, including those governing the substances you choose to track. Tracking something in PeptideWiz does not make it legal, safe, or appropriate.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service to sell, source, or facilitate the sale of any substance; (b) upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; (c) attempt to access other users' data or probe, disrupt, or overload the Service; (d) reverse engineer or copy the Service except as permitted by law; or (e) use the Service on behalf of another person as if you were that person.
5. Your content
You own the data you enter into the Service. You grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to operate the Service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export your data as a CSV and can delete your account and all of its data at any time in the app.
6. Subscriptions and plans
Some features may be offered under paid plans. Pricing and features will be presented before you commit, and purchases made through an app store are also governed by that store's terms. We may change plan features with reasonable notice.
7. Changes to the Service
We may add, change, or remove features, and may suspend or discontinue the Service. We may also update these Terms; if we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for us or other users. Sections 2, 5, and 9–12 survive termination.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT REMINDERS WILL ALWAYS BE DELIVERED. DO NOT RELY ON THE SERVICE AS YOUR ONLY MEANS OF REMEMBERING DOSES OR MANAGING HEALTH DECISIONS.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PEPTIDEWIZ AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, HEALTH OUTCOME, OR PERSONAL INJURY ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR FROM SUBSTANCES YOU CHOOSE TO USE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
11. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
