Tap the purple + button in the middle of the bottom tab bar and follow the steps. You can start from a quick-start template or from scratch, set the amount, schedule, reminders, and inventory, then save.
On the Today tab, tap Log on the next administration (or on any item in today's schedule). You can then attach optional details — injection site, side effects, a note, a photo, or a check-in.
Reminders are scheduled on your device. Enable them from Today → Sync Reminders and make sure notifications are allowed for PeptideWiz in your device settings. Reminder timing is configured per item when you add or edit it.
The Progress tab shows adherence, streaks, trends, measurements, notes, and photos. The Schedule tab has a full calendar (day, week, month, year) plus all upcoming doses.
Go to Progress → Stats and tap Export CSV. The export contains your items, administrations, notes, and measurements in a spreadsheet-friendly format.
Everything account-related lives in the Profile tab — account details, preferred units, time format, notification preferences, privacy settings, and light/dark theme.
Go to Profile → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all data associated with it. This action cannot be undone. You can also request deletion by emailing us from your account email address.
